Return Policy

We hope you are always happy with your purchase from Spruced Boutique. However, if things didn’t work out for you, here are a few things you’ll need to know before returning:

In Store:

  • Returns accepted with receipt only, for exchange or store credit only.
  • For in store purchases, you have 14 days from the original purchase date to receive an exchange or store credit.
  • Items must be unworn, with tags attached, and in original condition, with no stains, pet hair, or smells. Shoes must be returned in their original box.
  • Items marked as "final sale" or "as is" at time of purchase are ineligible for exchange.
  • ALL SALES FINAL ON: Sale items, jewelry, accessories, intimates (bralettes, camis, leggings, socks), hats, sunglasses, gift items (mugs, water bottles, stationary) and gift cards.

    Online Orders:

    • For online orders, you have 14 days from the delivery date listed on your tracking confirmation to receive a store credit, minus shipping.
    • Items must be unworn, with tags attached, and in original condition, with no stains, pet hair, or smells. Shoes must be returned in their original box.
    • Items marked as "final sale" or "as is" at time of purchase are ineligible for exchange.
    • ALL SALES FINAL ON: Sale items, jewelry, accessories, intimates (bralettes, camis, leggings, socks), hats, sunglasses, gift items (mugs, water bottles, stationary) and gift cards.
    • Online orders may be returned in store. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
    • For returns of online orders, contact us at spruced@icloud.com for return authorization. You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
    • An incorrect item may slip by us from time to time. If this happens, our apologies! Please contact us within 3 business days at spruced@icloud.com with a description and photo of the item. We will cover shipping for returns due to our error.
    • Once a return is received, please allow 2-3 business days to process your store credit.
